FAQ
Do you shoot destination weddings?
I have yet to shoot a wedding outside Idaho and Utah, but I would LOVE to. Aside from the session fees, I ask that you pay for my traveling costs. I have a handful of destination weddings that I will shoot for FREE, as long as you pay my traveling costs. Reach out to inquire about your desired shoot location and I just might capture your big day at no charge. I am working hard to build my wedding portfolio out of the state of Idaho.
Will there be a second shooter?
As of 2026, I do not work with a second shooter. I am not opposed to the idea if you wish to have a second shooter on the day of you wedding. My husband has worked along side me for a few weddings. A second shooter fee will apply.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
This is done on a case-by-case basis. If you are asking for more wedding hours, it can be done and is outlined in my wedding contract.
What kind of gear do you use?
I am a Canon girl through and through. I use 2 different Canon body cameras and multiple different lenses to cater to the type of photos I am taking. I edit my images via Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop on my Apple MacBook. I have worked years to build up my $10k+ worth of gear. I often will pull my phone out briefly during sessions for behind the scene looks on my social medias.
Do I have to order prints through you?
Absolutely not! This is a constant fear of my clients due to their past experiences. My typical session fees include 75+ edited high resolution images delivered to you via online gallery. You have complete access and printing right to those images. I do not make you pay for additional printing rights or access to additional photos. This is for every session type I offer - you will not pay more once your photos are delivered to you. You can easily download your photos on your phone, computer, etc. and print them wherever you please. I do suggest using a high quality printing resource. Some of my favorites include Smallwood Home and MPIX.
